Managing Staff
This section describes how to staff generated shifts. Monet uses a unique staffing feature to assign shifts to employees based on their rankings, availability, work preferences, and other criteria that you define. The staffing feature creates detailed employee rosters based on the available information.
The staffing process requires you to set up an employee list of the employees to be assigned within each workgroup. Employees can be associated with multiple workgroups (primary and secondary). Also, you need to set-up workgroup staffing parameters such as the number of hours between shifts and exception codes.
